2025년 11월부터 새롭게 시행되는 Support at Home Program은 어르신이 집에서 더 오래, 더 안전하게 생활할 수 있도록 돕는 새로운 제도입니다. 서비스 선택권이 확대되고, 케어 계획이 한층 더 개인 중심으로 바뀌게 됩니다. 이 변화는 많은 분들에게 긍정적이지만, 처음에는 조금 낯설게 느껴질 수도 있습니다.
KA Aged Care는 이러한 전환기에 어르신과 가족이 혼자 고민하지 않도록 모든 과정을 함께 준비하고 있습니다. 정부의 지침에 따라 기존 서비스를 안전하게 이전하고, 새로운 제도에 맞춘 케어 플랜 재점검, 예산 관리, 서비스 매칭을 지원합니다. 또한 한인 어르신들을 위해 한국어 상담과 문화적으로 친숙한 돌봄 환경을 제공합니다.

The Support at Home Program, starting in November 2025, aims to help older Australians live safely and independently at home. it offers greater flexibility and more personalised care planning but for many clients and families the transition may feel a little uncertain at first.
